Lawrence is chief financial officer of Seed and is responsible for financial planning, accounting and budgeting for the firm. Prior to joining Seed he worked as financial Director in various commercial firms, including Ketchum Trading, Allston Trading and Chicago Trading Company. Lawrence received a bachelor of science degree in the field of production management and accounting from Purdue University and is was CPA.
Matt WeissChief engineer
Matt is the technical Director for Seed. In this role, he focuses on trading applications, system infrastructure and routing orders. Previously, Matt was the lead architect at Trading Technologies for 10 years before I can go into the base One Stop Trading Solutions, where he consulted with Thomson Reuters for the development of systems with low latency. He received a bachelor's degree computer science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the College of Engineering.
Wasim BaraziChief specialist of compliance, General counsel
Wasim is the chief officer regulation and General counsel of the Seed. He previously held the position of chief officer regulation and General counsel OneChicago, responsible as the compliance and legal Department. In this role, he was responsible for providing compliance with stock exchange regulation SEC, CFTC and FINRA. Wasim received a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago and received the degree doctorate in law in the Chicago law school Loyola University.
